Nevertheless, a Nokia 2G telephone with SMTP-AUTH settings just enough to send emails over GPRS + Post-by-email feature on WordPress.com …does not qualify as a connection :-)

I can only add that above all, disconnection is a state of mind. Especially now that connection capability is being advertised as readily available everywhere.
