Η προηγούμενη συζήτηση με τον thanasisk έφερε στο μυαλό μου το άρθρο του Bob Lucky στο IEEE/Spectrum με τίτλο “Math Blues“:
Mathematics is a way of thought that binds us to our profession.
Όπως γράφει και ο Eugene Wallingford έχοντας διαβάσει το “Math Blues”:
Νot knowing mathematics at the level those professionals need creates a potential for shallowness that is hard to overcome.
